Recently we have sent out notifications regarding a new method of pointing domain names to Bodis, using a custom DNS feature. Unfortunately, after some period, the new custom name server feature has began causing problems to our services and connectivity in certain regions worldwide. We are forced to immediately discontinue support of the custom name server feature as it is unsafe and causing issues with our standard services. However, we will continue to support the custom CNAME feature.
If you are currently using the custom name servers, then we urge you to please take action and change back to our standard name servers:
You may also change to the custom CNAME feature, which is safe and continues to be supported:
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We recommend taking action within less than 24 hours as our custom name servers are in the process of being discontinued immediately in order to correct issues with our standard services.
For those users that are having connectivity issues to our Bodis.com website and parked domains, please stand by as we work to correct this issue. We are working around the clock to restore full connectivity to our services. Any visitors and/or revenue lost during this period will be credited to your account. We will credit an estimated 10% additional revenue for this period until the issue is fully resolved.
