if we transfer the domain throgh ESCROW.COM , i think the contract is not necessary , further more, the contract is written in english, i think i cant get every point in it. if you insist to sign a contract ,please give me a chinese version.

后来我回信说：是，并告诉了他我的ESCROW.COM帐号，于是对方在ESCROW.COM向我发起交易。但我在填写转移密码申请表的时候才发现这域名才只注册了20天 不能转移，狂晕~~
于是回信把情况说明，并附上了CNNIC关于域名转移的相关规定的中文版和英文版，告诉他两条选择A满60天后交易，B易名PUSH：

I asked for the auth code from Ename.com to transfer this domain immediately, once I received your email.
But I got a bad news just now that a Domain name can’t change it’s registrar ,if there are less than 60 days since the domain name registered. it’s CNNIC’s rules.

这次，我难为了，对ESCROW.COM的流程不熟悉，怕改变域名转移条件影响最后付款，于是咨询了POSON，在此一并对POSON的无私帮助表示感谢！
得知不会影响交易进行后，给老外回信,告诉他注册ID后给我ID和密码，我弄好后还给他：

This way:
Please go to www.ename.com and regist an ID,
Give me your ID and password, I push this domain to your Ename ID,and recieve it for you.
because I think you perhaps are not so familiar with ename.com PUSH process.

and then I notice you PUSH is ok,you can check the domain and change the password.
after this, we can go on the ESCROW.COM’s process.

10分钟后老外回信告知我他的ID和密码。
又10分钟后我把米弄到了老外ID下，并给他邮件通知。
一会儿，老外回信，说设置DNS有问题，问我是不是可以帮他弄一下，我在ename.COM设置提示不是CNNIC审核的DNS，但在ENAME.CN设置却立刻通过了
设置好之后，通知老外，老外立刻回信：

Hi Wang,

Ok! Password changed! I go now to Escrow to finalize the transaction: you
will receive a final email from them,

哈,登录ESCROW.COM状态变成域名转移完成，进入5天的监察期。
坐等收钱~
